LATE/NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All clients over 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 service fee.

  • All clients who cancel in less than 24 hours will be charged 25% of the services they are receiving.

  • Clients who cancel in less than 48 hours will be charged an additional $10 on your next service.

  • All no show clients will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.

  • New clients will be required to put a deposit of $35 down that will go toward their service. If you no show, the deposit will be forfeited. The $35 will go toward service fees for your no show appointment.

  • **All clients will now be required to have a card in the system to book an appointment.

COVID-19 REGULATIONS

  • Private/Scheduled appointments only

  • Masks are required

  • No children under the age of 10 (unless discussed prior to your appointment)

  • One person per appointment (please do not bring your children or family/friends unless you consult with me)

  • If you are feeling ill (cough, fever, etc.) please call to reschedule
